The Women In Tech Datathon GLUK Edition was a vibrant gathering of aspiring data scientists and tech enthusiasts. Serving as both a mentor and a judge, I had the opportunity to guide teams through complex data challenges and evaluate their innovative solutions.
My role focused on providing technical guidance on data processing, machine learning models, and effective visualization techniques. It was inspiring to see the diverse approaches to problem-solving and the high level of technical proficiency displayed by the participants.
Mentoring at this event reinforced my commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the tech ecosystem.
